Our Partnership

We work together within our schools and our partner organisations to share ideas, resource and expertise across the settings to support and facilitate the highest outcomes in attainment and aspirations for our pupils, parents, families, staff and wider communities.

Our Work

Our schools collaborate on a variety of programmes and initiatives each year, often involving external partners. This year we are completing a three year professional development initiative, Confident Creators, funded by Paul Hamlyn Foundation that explores the impact of using the arts to develop a Growth Mindset amongst pupils

Our Commitment

Windmill Cluster of Schools are committed to ensuring an actively anti-racist approach in all areas of our partnership work and strive to embed diversity and inclusion across our shared schools’ culture. We aim to address discrimintaion through the positive advancement of equality; creating opportunities, events and celebrations together which promote respect for all.
